What we collect, and why
- Contact form: your name, how to reach you, company (optional), team size, industry, what you need and the situation you type in — used only to prepare for our call and to reply. Legal basis: contract / steps toward it.
- Analytics: loaded only after you opt in via the consent panel; page events only, never sold, never used for cross-site tracking.
- Security: Cloudflare CDN and Turnstile process IP and request metadata for bot and abuse protection — strictly necessary.
Processors
Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, Turnstile) and Web3Forms (form delivery) act as processors under contract. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Retention
Leads (form replies): kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Analytics: per provider configuration, never longer than 14 months.
International transfers
Your form answers are delivered through our form processor to our email ([email protected]) and stored in our mailbox. For PRC residents, PIPL cross-border rules apply and the 中文 policy will carry a PIPL-specific notice before the Chinese site launches.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, objection — exercised by emailing [email protected]. We action within one month. GDPR (EU/UK), PDPA (SG/MY), PDP Law (Indonesia) and PIPL (PRC) rights are honoured through the same channel; we do not claim certifications we don’t hold.
