"I want to use AI for my company"

The real question isn't whether to use AI.
It's where it makes you money.

Most business owners know they need better systems. They just haven't found someone who understands their operations well enough to tell them what to build. That's what we do.

The problem

Everyone says "use AI."
Nobody tells you where.

You've heard it from consultants, conferences, articles. Use AI. Automate. Digitize. But nobody sits down with your actual operations — your ponds, your warehouses, your sales reps — and tells you specifically what to build and what the return looks like.

We do the part that's missing: the business analysis that turns "I want AI" into a clear project with projected ROI. Then we build it.

If AI isn't the right tool, we'll tell you. The goal is the right system for your business — sometimes that's AI-powered, sometimes it's straightforward custom software. We build what works.

Operational Scorecard

How ready is your business
for better systems?

8 questions across 4 areas. Takes 2 minutes.

Your score tells you where the biggest operational gaps are — and where custom software would have the highest return.

Readiness
1 of 8Visibility

Can you see a real-time snapshot of your business right now — without calling anyone?

Yes — I have dashboards and reports
Partially — some data but gaps
No — I'd have to call or message someone
I wouldn't even know who to ask for some metrics
2 of 8Visibility

How many hours per week do you spend chasing updates from your team?

Less than 2 hours
2–5 hours
5–10 hours
10+ hours — it's a significant part of my week
3 of 8Automation

How does your team currently track and report daily work?

Dedicated software system
Spreadsheets
WhatsApp, chat groups, or email
Verbal — they tell me or write it on paper
4 of 8Automation

How do you track inventory, assets, or key resources?

Software with real-time tracking
Spreadsheets, updated regularly
Paper-based or checked manually
Mostly from memory and experience
5 of 8Dependency

If you left the business for two weeks, what would happen?

It would run fine without me
A few things would slip but mostly okay
Major decisions would stall
Significant parts of the operation would break
6 of 8Dependency

How much critical knowledge exists only in people's heads?

Very little — most things are documented or in a system
Some — key processes are written down, others aren't
A lot — if certain people leave, we lose knowledge
Almost everything — I'm the system
7 of 8Readiness

Have you tried off-the-shelf software before?

Yes — too expensive, too complex, or didn't fit
Yes — using something but not satisfied
No — never found the right thing
Yes — happy with current tools
8 of 8Readiness

If the right solution existed at the right price, how soon would you move?

Immediately — this is a priority
Within 1–3 months
3–6 months
Just exploring — no timeline

Process

From first conversation to final delivery.

Every project follows the same five steps. No surprises, no ambiguity — you know exactly what's happening and what comes next.

01

General Survey

We start with a conversation — over a call or over coffee — to understand your business and whether we can help. Where possible, we visit your operation in person — there's no substitute for seeing how things actually run on the ground. No commitments, no sales pitch. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you.

02

Business Analysis

If there's a good fit, we go deeper. We walk through your operations in detail — every process, every pain point, your goals, your constraints. This is how we build a proposal that actually matches your business, not a template.

03

Proposal & Scope

We put together a detailed proposal with clear scope, timeline, and pricing. Then we go back and forth — days or weeks if needed — until we're both happy with what's being built and the terms around it.

04

Build & Delivery

Once the first payment is received, we build. Payments follow the agreed schedule. Typical builds take 4–5 weeks from first payment to final delivery, 1–3 months from general survey to final delivery.

05

Maintenance or Handover

At final delivery and payment, we prepare a standard maintenance agreement to keep your system running, updated, and supported. If you prefer to maintain the project internally or with a third party, we'll guide you through a clean handover.

What to expect

Projects generally cost RMB 50K–100K (~USD 7,000–14,000) for the build, not including maintenance. Our clients typically see ROI on their project costs within 12 months.

Our guarantee

No hidden fees, no scope creep. We build what we agreed to build, on time, on budget. We're flexible to update proposals to serve your needs better under mutual agreement. If we can't solve your problem, we'll tell you upfront.
